CWC Board approves flood recovery program for businesses MARGARETVILLE,Sept. 13, 2011 - Businesses in the Catskill-Delaware Watershed that sustained
structural damage to their buildings as a result of flooding fromTropical Storms
Irene and Lee may receive assistance from a new program approved by the Board of
Directors of the CWC.
RAY OF SUNSHINE FOR BELEAGURED CATSKILLS New York's Ulster and Delaware counties, battered by unemployment
and flooding from Tropical Storm Irene,got good news today in the State Comptroller's
approval of an agreement for the state to purchase 1,189 acres of land in the Town Shandaken.
